Order Processing & Shipping

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from our fulfillment centers within 24–48 hours. We offer secure, tracked delivery worldwide to ensure a smooth and reliable experience. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Late or Lost Orders

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orliza Jewelry cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If your package seems delayed, please contact us and we’ll gladly assist you in tracking it down.

Return & Refund Policy

At Orliza Jewelry, we stand behind the quality of our creations. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging (including tags and boxes).
  • • Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • • Personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return.
  • • We recommend using a tracked return method for your peace of mind.

Refund Options

Free Returns:
Return shipping is completely free. Once your item is received and inspected, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Store Credit / Gift Card:
    You’ll receive a store credit or gift card equal to the full value of the product — no deductions or fees. Credits never expire and can be used for any future order.
  • Refund to Original Payment Method:
    If you prefer a refund instead of store credit, a $6 processing fee will be deducted. Refunds are issued within 2–7 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to offer an exchange within 30 days of receiving your item, as long as it remains unworn and in its original packaging. The first exchange is complimentary — any additional exchanges may include standard shipping costs.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days at contact@orliza.com and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

Additional Costs

Orliza is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees applied by local authorities. These costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
