Shipping Policy
At Orliza, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience for customers worldwide. As we operate via a global dropshipping model, processing and delivery times may vary depending on product type and destination.

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
Worldwide shipping is currently free.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their country.
Cancellation Policy
You may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order may already be in production or shipped, and cancellations may not be possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Must be returned in original packaging (including gifts)
- Not marked as “Final Sale”
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and providing tracking information.
Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 2–7 business days. Refunds are calculated according to any promotional discounts applied.
Store Credit & Exchanges: If preferred, store credit can be issued instead of a refund. Exchanges are processed as store credit using a personalized code. All exchanges are final.
Gifted Items: Non-refundable; can only be exchanged for store credit. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
