Return & Exchange Policy

At Orliza, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely in love with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery — completely free of charge.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Must include original packaging (including any gifts)

Free Returns:
Return shipping is completely free. Once we receive and inspect your item, you’ll have two options:

  • Store Credit / Gift Card:
    You’ll receive a store credit or gift card equal to the product’s full value — no fees applied. Store credits never expire and can be used anytime.

  • Refund to Original Payment Method:
    If you prefer a refund instead of store credit, a $6 processing fee will be deducted from the total refund. Refunds are processed within 2–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
    You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is completed.

Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange your item, we’ll issue a store credit that can be used to place a new order. Once your exchange is confirmed and processed, it will be considered final.

Gifted Items: Gifted products are non-refundable but can be exchanged for store credit. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and make it right.

Promotion Terms & Conditions

  • Bundles:
    • If returned together: full store credit.
    • If returned separately: credit based on individual item value.
  • Promotional Sets (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1 Free):
    • If returned together: full store credit.
    • If returned separately: credit adjusted proportionally to the set value.
  • Free Mystery Items: Non-returnable.

Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
